On September 16, 2026, the National New Energy Vehicle Technology Innovation Center (NEVC) joined forces with Victwo to host the Seminar on China New Energy Vehicle Technology and Industrial Cooperation at NEVC’s headquarters in Beijing. Senior leadership from NEVC, notably Deputy General Manager Tian Yushi and Advanced Electric Drive Department Director Liu Zhaohui, attended the discussions. Before the proceedings began, the diplomatic delegation toured NEVC’s flagship exhibition hall, vehicle testing labs, and scenario simulation facilities. The visitors gained a comprehensive overview of NEVC’s R&D ecosystem and breakthroughs across core domains—including the "Three-Electric" technologies (power battery, drive motor, and electronic control system) and full-vehicle validation—praising NEVC’s technical expertise and capacity for industrial empowerment.
During the panel session, NEVC outlined the evolution of China’s NEV landscape alongside key operational strategies and lessons learned. The ensuing open floor focused on emerging market opportunities and actionable paths for cross-border collaboration.

Serving as a "chain anchor" in this field, NEVC—China’s premier national-level innovation center dedicated to NEVs—maintains robust partnerships across power batteries, auto components, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and technical training academies.
