Mr. Edward Yang Appointed as Director of Hefei Ziking Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.

With the approval of shareholders, Mr. Edward Yang assumed the position of Director at Hefei Ziking Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., effective July 1, 2025. In this capacity, Mr. Edward Yang will assist Ziking in establishing an overseas expansion platform and expanding cooperation with global partners in the offshore wind energy and marine engineering markets.

Ziking stands as a premier Chinese manufacturer of offshore wind energy infrastructure. The company contributed to the development of China's very first deep-sea floating offshore wind power equipment, “Fuyao”, and supplies products extensively for offshore wind farms, marine engineering, pressure pipelines, power transmission towers, and construction projects. Its exports reach Europe, the Americas, Africa, and ASEAN nations.
