Delegation of Xiamen High-Tech Innovation Center Visits Victwo

On March 20, 2025, Victwo received a delegation headed by Mr. Gao Jun, Party Committee Secretary and Vice Chairman (acting) of Xiamen High-Tech Innovation Center Co., Ltd.

Victwo established a presence in Xiamen and co-founded "Xiamen BRICS+ Technology Accelerator" in 2021 with the support of XMTORCH Management Committee and Huli District People’s Government. This initiative has driven substantial, results-oriented efforts to develop Xiamen into a “BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center”.

The delegation consisted of Mr. Lu Liangwei (Investment Promotion Manager) and Mr. Li Xiansheng (Investment Promotion Project Manager) from Xiamen High-Tech Innovation Center, and Mr. Jiang Hongxiang (General Manager) and Mr. Ye Lifu (Investment Director) from Xiamen High-Tech Angel Investment Co., Ltd. During the meeting, Mr. Edward Yang, Chairman of Victwo, provided an overview to Mr. Gao Jun and his delegation detailing the operational progress and achievements of Xiamen BRICS+ Technology Accelerator over the past years. The accelerator is currently managed by Xiamen Victwo BizTech Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Victwo Outbound International Consulting Co., Ltd. Both sides exchanged insights on deepening bilateral cooperation with BRICS member states in Xiamen and expanding the scope of international innovation partnerships, with the aim of establishing a globally oriented platform for international innovation collaboration in Xiamen.
