Hosted by Beijing Victwo Outbound Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Victwo”), Huawei Globalization Experience Exchange Seminar was successfully held in Beijing on November 27, 2024. The Seminar aimed to introduce the experiences of Huawei, China's most successful private enterprise in international operations, to Beijing-based companies intent on expanding overseas, and to explore strategies for participating companies to embark on internationalization based on their unique conditions. This exclusive, ticketed event garnered registrations from a diverse array of companies, including Xiaomi, DBN, FengMAP, TEBA, Zhongke Inno, and UD, as well as esteemed legal entity Beijing Docvit Law Firm. Furthermore, representatives of North China (Tianjin) Vocational School and Alpha Brothers traveled specifically to Beijing to attend the event.

After the event began, the attendees each briefly introduced their companies' overseas expansion plans and their perspectives on internationalization. Following these introductions, Mr. Edward Yang, general manager of Victwo, introduced Victwo's pioneering 2B overseas expansion services to the attendees. Subsequently, the Seminar’s proceedings were entrusted to Mr. Sun Kai, a partner at Victwo and a seasoned expert with a decade of experience in Huawei's marketing management and three years of overseas operational oversight. Mr. Sun's extensive background includes roles such as Director of Government Public Affairs for Huawei and Deputy Marketing Representative for Latin America, positioning him as one of China's pioneering practitioners in international operations.

Mr. Sun Kai's presentation centered on "The Path to Internationalization for Chinese Enterprises," encompassing six pivotal aspects of international business operations: overseas market expansion and operational management, step-by-step progression for enterprise globalization, core business management in international marketing, organizational capacity-building for overseas branches, overseas compliance, and risk management. Leveraging his personal experiences, Mr. Sun provided comprehensive insights on topics of interest to attendees, rendering the Seminar both informative and engaging.
During the subsequent open discussion session, attendees engaged in rigorous debates, exploring topics such as overseas laws and regulations, environmental policies, and other pertinent issues.
