The prefabricated construction ("prefab") industry, characterized by swift assembly, eco-friendliness, and recyclable materials, is witnessing burgeoning growth globally.
Hiteknova (Xiamen) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a domestically leading high-tech company specializing in the digitalized manufacturing of steel-structure prefabricated buildings, has seen its core manufacturing equipment gain widespread acclaim across more than 80 countries worldwide. Presently, Hiteknova is actively transitioning from being a supplier of prefab manufacturing equipment to becoming a provider of comprehensive digitalized steel-structure prefab solutions.
To facilitate Hiteknova's expeditious growth amidst the global surge in prefabricated buildings, on April 15th and 16th, Victwo, Hiteknova's overseas market advisor, joined hands with Sinosure Credit to host an exchange meeting aimed at exploring Hiteknova’s overseas market expansion opportunities in Indonesia, Canada, the Middle East, and Africa. Attendees included: Mr. He Yongkang, Chairman of Hiteknova; Mr. Yuan Li, expert of Sinosure Credit, former Chairman of China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, and current External Director of China Railway Construction Corporation; Mr. Shen Guangwei, expert of Sinosure Credit and former Vice President of China National Electric Equipment Corporation; Ms. Dong Xiaoling, Director-General of Planning Research Institute at Arcplus Group; General Manager Tang Wei and Deputy General Manager Yang Lei of Guoyuan Shujian Technology (Hebei) Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Wang Jinfang, Assistant Director of SINOSURE Xiamen Branch. The meeting was expertly moderated by Mr. Wang Fujian, Section Chief at Sinosure Credit, who outlined the diverse risk management and financial support services that Sinosure can provide to bolster Hiteknova's overseas market ventures. Each attendee shared insights into the market landscape and potential project collaboration prospects within respective overseas markets, while Chairman He presented Hiteknova's latest advancements in digitalized prefab technology and its tailored service offerings for different international markets.

On the afternoon of April 15th, Mr. Edward Yang, Chairman of Victwo, accompanied Chairman He Yongkang of Hiteknova on a visit to the embassy of an African nation in Beijing, engaging in discussions with economic counselors and diplomats regarding Hiteknova’s potential participation in the country's public housing initiatives. While the morning session of April 16th was still underway, Hiteknova received an inquiry for the construction of 100 steel-structured prefab villas from a European Union client introduced by Victwo.

This pivotal gathering has broadened Hiteknova's strategic horizons for overseas market expansion. Drawing upon the guidance and counsel garnered from the exchange, Hiteknova will formulate anew its approach to international expansion, concurrently leveraging the financial instruments offered by Sinosure with the ambitious aim of multiplying its existing overseas business volume by a factor of five or more.
