To assist technology companies in expanding their operations into the Malaysian market, from October 8th to October 12th, 2023, Victwo led a delegation that included Hiteknova (Xiamen) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 871073) and Guangdong Shenling Environmental Systems Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 301018) to explore the business environment and seek collaboration opportunities in Malaysia. This visit was made possible with the assistance of Victwo’s prestigious Malaysian partners, Conwall Construction Industries Sdn. Bhd. and Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), as well as the technology section of the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia and governmental agencies and prominent enterprises from both China and Malaysia. The outcomes of this visit have laid solid groundwork for future investment endeavors in Malaysia by visiting companies.

On October 9th, the delegation led by Victwo visited Conwall's construction technology showcase and promotion platform in Penang, Malaysia. Senior executives of two visiting companies introduced their own innovative technology offerings and cooperation intentions. Mr. Ng Boom Teik, Chief Executive Officer of Conwall, provided insights into Conwall's construction technology promotion platform and outlined the services Conwall can offer to Chinese construction technology companies interested in investing in Malaysia. From October 9th to 10th, Conwall accompanied the delegation on visits to technology parks in Penang and its vicinity, elaborating on the forthcoming enterprises from various countries and the potential business opportunities in Penang. The delegation also had the honor of meeting with Tan Sri Datuk Alex Ooi, Chairman of Ideal Property Group, where they introduced Hiteknova's digital prefabricated building technology.

On October 12th, the delegation paid visits to the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) and the technology section of the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia. Ms. May Lim, Senior Deputy Director of the Foreign Investment Division at MIDA, along with Ms. For Yee Yun, Assistant Director, briefed the delegation on Malaysia's investment environment and foreign investment services. Given Malaysian government's strong commitment to promoting prefabricated building technology, they expressed their readiness to assist Hiteknova in establishing connections with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) of Malaysia to promote Hiteknova's advanced digital prefabricated building technology in Malaysia. Counsellor Zhao and Secretary Zhang from the technology section of the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia thoroughly reviewed Hiteknova's digital prefabricated building technology and offered specific recommendations, pledging to introduce its technology to well-established Malaysian construction companies in a bid to facilitate close collaboration between innovative Chinese construction technology enterprises and Malaysian companies.
On concluding the visit, visiting companies will soon formulate more tailored plans for expanding their operations into Malaysia based on the local insights gained during this visit.
